Restaurant & Catering
A family-owned institution at the heart of Worcester — built on the belief that great food brings people together.
Nestled in the heart of Worcester at 100 Water Street, The Broadway Restaurant & Catering has been a cornerstone of the local culinary scene for over a quarter century. What began as a humble family dream — a neighborhood restaurant where everyone would feel welcome — has grown into one of Massachusetts' most trusted dining and catering destinations.
We believe food is more than sustenance. It's the centerpiece of memory, celebration, and community. Every dish that leaves our kitchen carries the weight of that belief — prepared fresh, with intention, by a team that genuinely cares about your experience.
Under the passionate guidance of our experienced culinary team, The Broadway has earned a loyal following across Worcester and beyond. From regulars who stop in for Tuesday pasta nights to families trusting us with the most important day of their lives, we approach every table with the same dedication.
Every sauce, bread, and meatball is made from scratch, daily. We don't cut corners on ingredients — ever.
We're Worcester through and through. We source locally, hire locally, and give back to the community that's supported us for decades.
From the dining room to a 300-guest event, our standard never wavers. Every guest deserves the same excellent experience.
When you walk through our doors, you're family. We know your name, remember your order, and genuinely care about your day.
The Broadway opens its doors at 100 Water Street with a simple mission: serve the Worcester community honest, delicious food at a fair price. Word spreads quickly. The lunch crowd fills every seat within months.
Responding to requests from loyal guests, The Broadway launches its catering arm. The first events are local — birthday parties, small corporate lunches. The reputation for quality rapidly grows beyond the dining room walls.
The Broadway adds a dedicated private dining room for intimate events, rehearsal dinners, and exclusive corporate gatherings. The space quickly becomes one of Worcester's most sought-after private event venues.
The Broadway reaches a milestone — 5,000 catered events. From intimate 10-person dinners to 300-guest galas, the team has never stopped striving for the same standard: food worth remembering, service worth talking about.
The Broadway continues to evolve — new menu items, seasonal specials, expanded catering capabilities — while holding fast to the values that started it all. More than 15,000 guests served and counting. Worcester is home, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
